NeoFlow Privacy Policy
1. Information the app does not transmit
NeoFlow processes all data handled by users locally on their computers. The following information is never transmitted:
- FCS files, workspaces (.neo), layouts, and exported figures or PDFs
- Analysis results, gates, statistics, file names, and folder structures
NeoFlow does not require a user account and does not use telemetry, behavioral analytics, or advertising.
2. Communication for update checks
When the app starts, it retrieves one small file (neoflow.ver) from the distribution website to check whether a new version is available. The app only retrieves this file and does not send any information.
As with ordinary web access, the distribution site's access logs record the source IP address, date and time, requested file name, and User-Agent. This information is used only to operate the server and troubleshoot problems; it is not combined with other information to identify individuals.
Automatic update checks can be disabled. When disabled, the app makes no network connections unless you manually select “Check for Updates” from the menu.

The app does not connect to the network for any other purpose.
3. Disclosure to third parties
We do not provide user information to third parties. NeoFlow does not integrate with external cloud, analytics, or advertising services.
